[sv-cc] IEEE P1800 Draft 5 Preliminary Version #2 LRM is Available

Hi All,

Stu has completed a second preliminary (#2) draft of the P1800 draft 5. 
Approximately 75 of the mantis items that were approved at the last two 
P1800 WG meetings, have been implemented in this draft (plus the 100+ that 
were in the first preliminary draft).  There are still another 70 Mantis 
items to implement which Stu expects to complete on schedule for the 
recirculation ballot.

Given the large number of changes that are now made, it is best to review 
them in parallel to the editing completion of the rest. The items that 
have been completed in this second draft are marked as acknowledged in the 
Mantis data base and you are encouraged to quickly verify the editing 
work, and close out these items in the Mantis data base or add notes if 
the change is not correct (on which case, you need to change the status to 
feedback). 
The preliminary P1800 draft 5 is available at two locations on the 
Internet.  The first location is the committee-private area where the 
previously given IEEE username/password will allow you to gain access the 
draft.  The second location is a public area where the PDF file is 
password protected.
