I have attached a .h file with what is in the final version P1800/draft5
Annex I.  Any struck-through lines have been deleted from this file, so it
should be good-to-go.  Please forward this to any SV-CC committee members
that may wish to test the file.  Testing should be done ASAP.  If any errors
are found, we can ask the working group at tomorrow's meeting to allow me to
make corrections and regenerate draft 5.

Note that the attached file has Unix style carriage returns.  In case this
does not e-mail well, I have also attached a zip file version (which will
probably convert the file to DOS style returns).  I can create a tar file
version if needed, but have to reboot my laptop into Linux to do so, and
then reboot in Windows to e-mail it (and to continue editing the P1364 LRM.
