Ouch!  Good catch Tapati.

There is precedence for this.  We had vpiPortType return vpiPort when
it was an ordinary port.  I think we should do the same in this case.

Looks like we should probably re-number the return values to begin
with 2 instead of 1.

This would be one of those things that Stu would be able to go in front of
the P1800 committee tomorrow and ask to fix.
