I moved the constant to within the object type constants, and changed the
value, as follows:

...
#define vpiArrayVar               vpiRegArray
#define vpiClassObj               621 
...

Note that the value 621 is also used in the assertion control constants, for
vpiAssertionEnable.  I do not think this is a conflict.  Please confirm that
this change corrects the problem.
