1.  Reviewed Patent information.

   - Charles Dawson reviewed the patent information.


2.  Reviewed minutes of the 10/26/2005 Meeting.

   - Steve/Michael  ACCEPTED (unanimous)


3.  Liaisons

   - No other meetings reported.


4.  New business

   - Talked about errata vs clarification vs enhancement
     Charles reported that Karen warned us to keep our work to
     errata and clarifications only.  We cannot consider enhancements
     until we have a new PAR.

   - Questions from Nasim

     cbAfterDelay - where does this callback occur?
     This sounds like a clarification.  We should follow the IEEE method
     for requesting clarification.
     Steve to help Nasim file an clarification request.

     Post observe region: What callbacks can occur at this time?
     Another clarification request.

     Steve commented that clarifications can be added using the following
     link:

     Abigail asked what a PAR was.  Steve explained that a PAR identified
     the scope in which the committee was allowed to work.

   - Andrzej brought up that there is no vpiChandleVar object.
     Andrzej to file a mantis item.

   - Getting access to last ballot document
     Chas has already asked, but not received a reply.

   - Old mantis items may not have enough context to find the issue.
     committee resolved that from now on, when entering a mantis item,
     we should put at the beginning:
       - The version of the document in which the error is being reported
       - put the section number and title


5.  Reviewed of items with proposals.

   - None


6.  Review SV-CC items with proposals (Straw poll only):

   - Item 573
     Motion to make 573 an Enhancement. Approved (unanimous)

   - Motion to Not consider the database read api until after new PAR has been
     approved.   Approved.

   - Item 784
     Steve/Ralph.  Motion PASSED (unanimous)


6.  Old Business
   - Chas to get Mantis accounts set up for those who do not have one.
     Done.

   - Chas to investigate what is wrong with Francoise' password.
     Chas asked Karen to investigate, but has not received an update yet.

   - Chas to send out link to the proposal template and instructions on how
       to write a proposal.
     Done.

   - Chas to send out info on using Mantis.
     Done.
     Abigail asked for the frame documents for the diagrams.  Chas to send.

   - Chas to ask P1800 committee for access to the base document.
     Chas has asked, but no response yet.


Meeting ended at 12:45pm EDT.

   - Item 758 Examples in DPI clause should use "DPI-C" rather than "DPI"
