[sv-cc] SV-CC meeting for today is canceled.

Hi All,

I'm not feeling well today, and since we have no co-chair that can
take up the mantle, I am forced to cancel today's meeting.  Sorry
for the short notice.  I think the first item on the next meeting's
agenda should be finding a new co-chair.
