1.  Reviewed Patent information.

   - Charles Dawson reviewed the patent information.


2.  Reviewed minutes of the 12/07/2005 Meeting.

   - Steve/Ralph  ACCEPTED (unanimous)


3.  Liaisons

   - Francoise and Ghassan brought up the issues of comments in the
     coverage API that Karen had emailed us about.

     Francoise said they added there are comments in section 29 that have
     semantic meaning (pragmas).  This should be redone so that they are
     not specified in comments.  Can we consider this an errata or do we
     have to wait for a new PAR?  Francoise to bring up at next BC meeting.
     Chas to file a mantis Item on this.


4.  New business

   - The question of the co-chair.

     Ghassan has agreed to try to make more meetings, so no action at this
     time.

   - The "Open array mixed with normal array" question.

     Ralph thought that section 26.4.6.1 was pretty clearly specified.  Not
     sure what the problem is.  Francoise thought it was in the syntax.
     Andrzej commented that Draft 4 might have had problems but may have been
     fixed.  Francoise thinks that we can have multiple dynamic arrays.
     Should file Mantis Item.  Francoise thinks there may already be one.
     We should refer to the official standard in our response.  Francoise
     to get original requestor from SV-BC so that Steve can help him file
     an official request if necessary.  Then Andrzej's response can be forwarded
     to the P1800 committee.  If they need an official interpretation, then go to:

       http://standards.ieee.org/reading/ieee/interp/

     So, we will pass Andrzej's response on to the requestor, when we find out
     who that is, along with a link to the help page for filing an official
     clarification request.

   - Upcoming P1800 meeting.

     Questions for the P1800 committee:
       How to answer clarification requests?
       Request for frame versions of our sections.


5.  Reviewed of items with proposals.

   - None.


6.  Review SV-CC items with proposals (Straw poll only):

   - Item 0736 More clarifications on DPI string arguments and pass by reference
     Latest proposal is in SV-736-2.htm.  Need to get rid of SV-736-1.htm.
     Are these the correct section numbers for the official draft?
     JimV double checked and they are correct.
     JimV/Ralph.  PASSED (unanimous)

   - Item 0924 Ancient nomenclature discovered in svdpi.h: "extern functions"
     Section numbers are wrong:  No section 26.6.4.  Friendly amendment to
     change to 26.4.4.
     Ralph/Abigail.  PASSED (unanimous) as modified.
     Doug to put a new file into Mantis with the friendly amendment.

Meeting ended at 1:00pm EST.

   - JimV to look into other things which can have size changes as discussed in 0985.
   - Chas to investigate what is wrong with Francoise' password.
   - Steve to help Nasim file an clarification request.
   - Andrzej to file a mantis item that there is no vpiChandleVar object.
   - Chas to send Abigail the frame docs for the diagrams.
   - Doug to put a new file into Mantis with the friendly amendment to 0924.
   - Francoise to find out who the original requestor of the "mixed array"
     clarification was from SV-BC.
   - Francoise to request further insight from SV-BC on the comments issues in
     section 29.


9.  Items for consideration at the next meeting (they already have proposals):

   - Item 1307 An open array is not like a multidimensional dynamic array
