     Hi, all,

     Great News!  The PAR has been approved and we can officially form
     the SV-* committees under the newly authorized P1800.  The P1800 has
     decided that all of the Chairs, Co-chairs, and Champions positions
     will remain the same without the requirement of a new ratification.
     They have also approved a motion indicating that all issues that
     have been passed by the sub-committees, are to be considered passed
     under the PAR and are ready to be forwarded to the Champions.  I
     will be working to arrange a Champions meeting shortly.

     We will need to reset the voting rights in the committees to the
     beginning again, meaning that for the first three meetings anyone
     present can vote.  After that point, we return to the requirement
     that 2 of the previous 3 meetings must have been attended to be able
     to vote.
