[sv-cc] Minor update to vpiParent_std.pdf

FYI- re. Mantis item #1684 (vpiParent_std.pdf) update-
I have modified the wording of "whichever comes first"
to be "whichever comes first in successive prefix order"
for both variables and nets sections, and corrected the
colored text, as per Charlie's recommendation.
