Is there any reason we don't have the range transitions on the struct,
union, and possibly enum, variables? If they can have packed ranges,
they ought also to have vpiRange, vpiRightRange and vpiLeftRange. Is
this an oversight or has it been discussed and rejected?

Hi Abi and Sarah,

Thanks for the feedback.  I will incorporate them.  BTW, Bassam also
noted the issue with net loads, but my versions of the LRMs don't have
that in them.  Am I missing something?
