[sv-cc] Formatting issue in 37.33

In P1800/D2, March 16, 2007, the subsections of 37.33
have a number of what might be called definition lists,
with entries such as 

  cbAtStartOfSimTimeCallback shall occur before execution of
  events in a specified time queue.  A callback can be set for
  any time, even if no event is present.

In IEEE Std 1364-2005, these are more conventionally formatted
as

  cbAtStartOfSimTime   Callback shall occur before execution of
                       events in a specified time queue.  A
                       callback can be set for any time, even
                       if no event is present.

Can you make these formatting corrections without our having
to file a Mantis item?
