[sv-cc] question from the CC committee

The cc committee discussed the scheduling diagram and in particular the
pre-observed, observed
and post observed regions. We have littly insight in how users would
typically use the pre-observed
and post observed region with VPI. We are wondering if you would have
had some conversations
with users trying to access assertions and understand what they would
want to accomplish with VPI.
 
Basically we are trying to find usage of the pre and post observed
regions and rationalize the existence of
the feedback loop from post-observed.
 
Any information you may have would be greatly appreciated.
