I am back from FTO, which overlapped the last two meetings.
Unfortunately, I already have another meeting at the same proposed time

Hi All,

Since we have been unable to make quorum the last two meetings, I have
decided to ask for a special SV-CC meeting this Wednesday at the same
time as usual.  We need to have another meeting prior to the P1800
meeting on 8/30.  Please, if you have voting rights, please RSVP so I
will know if we will have enough for quorum.
