[sv-cc] Mantis item 2226: constraints

John and others,

 

For a constraint, I presume that vpiAutomatic == FALSE means that the 

constraint has been declared with the keyword 'static' (See Draft 4, 

17.5.10).  From the description in that section it appears that the 

keyword has nothing to do with the lifetime of the constraint itself, 

which appears always to be dynamic when associated with a class object 

and unstored otherwise.  Should we add a detail clarifying this?
