John, FYI-
Yes, this was the result of an action item suggested by Charlie that I
agreed to. It came out of our brief review of this issue (#1942) at the
end of our meeting which you may have missed- not sure. The point was
not to let this slip by, given we don't have permission to fix this yet,
as you noted.

Hi Chuck,

It is still my intent to submit a proposal for these callbacks. I assume

you are just making sure we don't forget it. I am under the impression 
that we have not been invited to address anything else for this rev of 
the LRM, so I intentionally held off so as not to be a distraction.  If 
that changes, I will do something sooner.
