RE: [sv-cc] Champions feedback from April 10 conference call

Neil, just to let you know:  Charles is on vacation this
week and will be returning to the office next Monday,
April 28.

The SV-CC could meet tomorrow, although currently is not
planning to.  I expect we'll agree to the changes (in
fact have already agreed to the first one).  But how
do we go about getting permissions to actually make
the changes?
