[sv-cc] Status update from the 05/01/2008 P1800 meeting

Hi All,

Status update from today's P1800 committee meeting:

   - P1800 moved to have SV-CC work on Item 1835.
   - We should be starting to review the document, even though most of
     the SV-CC items are not in draft 5.
   - We need to get Stu the framemaker files for our proposals ASAP.
   - We did get some Mantis times returned to us from the Champions
     committee.  We will try to address them at our meeting next Weds.
