[sv-cc] Aligning VIP TSC & SV-CC Conference calls

Hi Charles,

as you might know there is currently a new committee being formed under 
the umbrella of Accellera, which tries to enhance the interoperability 
of the various base classes. The chairs of this committee are Hillel 
Miller and Thomas Alsop.
This committee decided to meet every week on wednesday, 9:00 - 11:00 
PST, which collides with our SV-CC calls.

We have asked to align both meetings to enable participation in both 
committees. The decision was that the VIP TSC
will have a call every week the SV-CC meets from 10:00 to 11:00 PST and 
have a two hour call every other week.

Could you please contact Hillel and Thomas to make sure we can align 
both calls to avoid future conflicts?
