[sv-cc] 2226 item has been updated

Hi,

I made the changes to 2226 from our last review and posted pdfs for the 
clause 36 and 37, which were affected.  I added a note in the item to 
say what I changed, as the change bars are still focussed on the entire 
change.  Briefly, 36.2.2, 36.26, and 37.34.1 have minor revisions.  If 
we discuss this tomorrow, I will make any other correction, if any, 
immediately and we can approve this item again. I will post the frame 
src files and mark 2226 resolved after that.
