[sv-cc] Mantis 742 has been placed into the feedback state

Hi Chas,

Mantis item 742 has been placed into the feedback state by the Champions.
Below is a copy of the note that I added to the Mantis item. There has
been some email traffic on this topic. Please get feedback from the
committee and update the Mantis item.


    The proposal was sent back to the technical committee by the Champions in
    the July 10th, 2008 conference call. The vote was unanimous.

    Send the proposal for Mantis item 742 back to the svcc to address Shalom's
    concern with the first diagram at the top of page 7 (as compared to the
    diagram on page 8).

    Shalom - on page 7, why is only module shown here?
             why not program and interface as well?
           - the same section, page 8, has interface and program added to it
             why not same thing for module at the top of page 7?
