[sv-cc] SV-CC web site setup

Hi All,

I have done the initial setup for the SV-CC web site.  Check it out:

http://www.eda.org/twiki/bin/view.cgi/P1800/SystemVerilogInterfacesCommittee

There you will find our minutes and agendas, a calendar showing the
meetings for the next 2 months, and an action item list.  Going forward,
I would like to use the web site for publication of our minutes and agendas.
If you would like to add something to the agenda for an upcoming meeting,
you can edit the agenda yourself, or if you prefer send the issue to me and
I will make sure it ends up on the agenda.
