Stu has the following observation of their comments: It would seem that the IEEE has decided that they do not like the words "guarantee", "safe" and "ensure" in IEEE standards. They have recommended roughly 15 changes to text in the LRM. I believe the changes are all editorial, but it would be good to have the BC, EC and CC chairs review the IEEE's suggested changes and approve making them. Can you please review the attached document and comment on whether or not your committee needs to vote on the suggested changes or if Stu can change them as editorial comments? Thanks, Karen ----- Forwarded Message ---- From: "m.d.turner@ieee.org" <m.d.turner@ieee.org> To: Karen Pieper <karen_l_pieper@yahoo.com> Sent: Thursday, July 10, 2008 7:20:10 PM Subject: Re: MEC & Legal Review for P1800_D6 My apologies.
