[sv-cc] Draft 7 erratum in t_vpi_arrayvalue struct?

hi all
In the new t_vpi_arrayvalue struct I believe the 'times' element of the
union is mis-defined as it has double-indirection (two ** rather than
one *).
 
Chuck, you probably should double-check this, I might be missing
something.
