[sv-cc] Need to vote on Item 2226

Hi All,

We need to officially approve Mantis Item 2226 so that the editor will know
that we are done with it.  Since we failed to make quorum today, I would like
to hold an email vote on this Item.  Please respond with Approve/Disapprove/Abstain
to this email no later than 5pm EDT tomorrow Oct-9-2008.  If I get enough
votes, we will declare it passed/failed.  Otherwise, I will seek another way
to finish this particular issue.
