[sv-cc] Please review all Draft 7a Items before our next meeting

Hi All,

We will have an SV-CC meeting next Weds Oct-22-2008.  Please review all
of the Draft 7a Items (Items in the Completed state) before the meeting.
It is my intent that this be the last SV-CC meeting prior to getting
feedback from the ballot.
