Yes, this can be fixed as an editing correction.  I plead innocent on
making the error, though :)  Shalom noted that the arrow disappeared in
the first merged version of the P1800 (draft 2).  The merged diagrams
were supplied by the CC committee, and not the editor.

The correction will be made in the final version of draft 8, which is
the draft that will go to ballot.
