I read through these emails, and it appears that there is some confusion
as to the situation.  Let me try to clarify again:

Ballot Comment    Mantis Item  Status
159               2582         Not resolved
171               2588         Resolved

However, there appears to be a very reasonable proposal for Mantis Item 2582.
Karen, how do you want us to proceed?  Would you like me to try to schedule
an emergency SV-CC meeting and/or a quick email vote on Item 2582?  Is it too
late to address this Item?  Let me know.
