Yes, Dave, you are correct. As I wrote, this error occurred in the final work, after the "final" review copy I saw. H.7.5 got renumbered into H.1.1. This got reflected in the Table of Contents and the PDF bookmarks as well. Michelle and Catherine, it's another "halt press".
