[sv-cc] Chair Election procedure and Call for Nominations

At our last meeting, Charles appointed me to conduct the election for
SV-CC Chair. After reviewing the P1800 Policies & Procedures, I can
find no explicit procedure for elections in the sub-committees. As a
result, the following process will be used in this case:

    1. Call for nominations will be open until Jan 12. As P1800 is an
entity-based working group, nominees should be (and in the future may be
required to be) affiliated with an entity with IEEE Advanced membership.
    2. Nominees will be contacted and their willingness to serve confirmed.
    2. On Jan 14, an approval ballot will be sent out to the SV-CC
reflector, together with position statement(s) if supplied by the
nominee(s).
    4. Voting closes on Jan 21 at 11:59pm US/Eastern, and the results
will be announced on the SV-CC reflector on Jan 24.

As this is the official call for nominations, please reply to me with
names (and contact info) for candidates.
