Two things
First the link did not work for me(!) was I too fast or is there a typo?
Second, I'd like to add an item to the agenda, namely a vote of thanks to the 2 outgoing chairmen (even if it looks like they will be the incoming chairmen too). Can I do this? Do I need a second (can someone second for me please)?
