[sv-cc] Chair election - Call for votes

I have received nominations for Charles Dawson as Chair, and Ghassan
Khoory as Co-Chair. Please reply with either APPROVE or DISAPPROVE for
each of these candidates. Simple majorities of approval from those
voting will be required to be elected. If you do not get a confirming
reply from me for your ballot e-mail please contact me to ensure your
vote has been recorded.

Voting will close at 11:59pm US/Eastern on January 25 and results will
be announced.
