Please review the latest proposal (see notes re. changes I have made since 1/20) for #1477. I would like to get this done- perhaps voted-on today. [ Charlie- is this in the "New Business" section of today's agenda because I added to the proposal ? I think it perhaps should go in the "Items with proposals". ]
