[sv-cc] RE: Mantis 3022

There are other uses of 'import' and 'export' in these Annexes.
I believe that the changes make these comments consistent with the other uses.

Amit and Doug, can you confirm that this is the correct change?

It looks correct to me, but sometimes I'm not sure which part is the application, which part is exporting and which is importing, and thus which direction is "from" or "into".

I will appreciate your confirmation.
