[sv-cc] Mantis #3087: new revision (1.0.2) uploaded

Hi All,

I uploaded a new revision of the DPI-OO proposal.

The modifications (with respect to version 1.0.1) include:
1) Attributes(* ref *)/(* copy *) were replaced with "ref"/"copy" qualifiers (as we discussed in the last meeting)

2) Memory allocation policy clarifications(for inout and output directed arguments) in sections H.8.7, H.8.8 were added

3) Editorial changes (language)

4) Cross-references to sections in the text
