[sv-cc] Marked-up comments to #3087

Hi All,

Arnab uploaded marked-up version 1.0.2 of the DPI-OO proposal.
We discussed Arnab's comments among the Cadence participants of sv-cc and I uploaded the resulting feedback.

I propose to discuss those comments in the sv-cc meeting tomorrow.
