Also, we need to have Arturo's writeup on the three main different desires among committee members, as well as the rewrite of the DPI-OO Open Arrays section that Arnab and George were going to put together proposing to use a handle based object instead of STL vectors.
Remember that these need to come out well before next Wednesday's meeting.
