Hi Charles,
I did attend the other committee. The job of the ballot committee is to go through the ballot comments
and assign the mantis items that were all entered. The other sub committees can meet and/or to discuss
the ballot comments ion the reflector.
So yes, we need to continue resolve the cc ballot comments. Dave Rich asked that we assign
an engineer to each of our ballot issues. Once the ballot issue is resolved and voted by our committee,
we need to move it to immediate priority. Those mantis items with immediate priority will be voted on by the ballot committee.
All ballot comments have been entered int he mantis database and can all be viewed by having the tab "target version"
of the view issuepage be "P1800-2012-D6 recirculation draft".
Mantis 4121 is the master for all ballot comments. There are 2 other master mantis: 4061 and 4122 that collect all the editorial
issues.
The CC committee has the following 4 mantis: 2182, 3127,4130,4132.
Do we have another one? I thought we counted 5 last time?
The ballot committee will meet again on June 11.
Francoise

Actually, unbeknownst to me, there is a committee set up to handle the ballot comments.
I don't know if they will ask us to handle the SV-CC ones or not. Also, we have more time
than we thought at the meeting. So, no we will not meet today. I will ask Stu for the
include files.

Hi Charles,
do we have a meeting today (as discussed in the last call) or not ?
Also, do you have the latest version of the .h files for me, as we agreed in the last meeting ?
Best regards,
-Michael
