Hi SV-CC,
I talked today with Francoise who is sitting on the SV-XC committee, and now have a better
understanding of the process which we are to follow for the ballot comments. We are supposed
to assign the SV-CC Mantis Items to individuals on the committee, make proposals on how to
address them, then meet and vote on those proposals.
Since I did not produce an agenda or follow up on what we decided at the last meeting, we will
not meet again this week. However, we will begin regular meetings 2 weeks hence. We have
until the end of July to resolve the ballot issues.
