I see you are referring to line 39 on page 1263:
PLI_INT16 *longints; /* long integer values */
It should be PLI_INT64.
This type was introduced in the proposal for Mantis 1688, and went into Draft 6 of P1800-2009 and has been there ever since.
Obviously it should be fixed.

Michael, I have now uploaded vpi_user.h.new, which I believe to be the "same as" what's in the draft standard, including the incorrect type declaration for longints in the t_vpi_arrayvalue struct declaration. It looks to me like the declaration for vlog_startup_routines might also need a "(void)".
Let me know if there's anything wrong with the file.
