Neither of these are in the current draft (I just confirmed this too), since they were too late for the P1800 deadline, but I think 757 should be considered, since it remedies an inconsistency with the earlier approved change from 3192 that *did* make it. I.e. the integration of 3192 change has rendered 757 necessary as a followup.
3737 re. associative array ranges was tabled for the next PAR revision, per comment from Charlie Dawson:
"On Oct-26-2011, the SV-CC voted to PASS this proposal (unanimous) however
this was beyond the deadline required by the P1800 committee, so it should be
reconsidered for the next PAR."
My thinking now is that we may even want to revisit this, so it is appropriate to hold this back.

Did these actually get put into the ballot draft? or are there new mantis items open for these?
