It was my mistake . vpiModPor property tell's user if vpiInterfaceVar is a modport.

BTW:
Looks that vpiIsModPort property is not defined in sv_vpi_user.h header.
729 seems to be free

1800-2012 standard provides new property vpiIsModPort . It concern only virtual interaface var and interface typespec.
Anybody knows why interface (37.6) do not have it ?
