I looked at this.

This detail was added in Mantis 1696, and indeed was supposed to be added after Detail 1 of the named event array diagram in the same subclause. It was supposed to look like this:

1) vpi_iterate(vpiIndex, named_event_handle) shall return the set of indices for a named event within an array, starting with the index for the named event and working outward. If the named event is not part of an array, a NULL shall be returned.
2) vpi_iterate(vpiRange, named_event_array_handle) shall return the set of array range declarations beginning with the leftmost unpacked range and iterating through the rightmost unpacked range.

Should Detail 1, which refers to named_event_handle be under the 'named event array' diagram or under the 'named event' diagram, especially since it says "If the named event is not part of an array"?

Shalom

I agree this is something the editor can take care. However since there no current PAR or an assigned editor, a Mantis item should be created in order to keep track of this error.

Hello,
I found editors bug in chapter 37.25 Named events

Details:

2) vpi_iterate(vpiRange, named_event_array_handle) shall return the set of array range declarations beginning

with the leftmost unpacked range and iterating through the rightmost unpacked range.

Should be in named event array section but now is under named event diagram

Regards,
Radek
