It's useful to be able to specify things like process-spread etc. with
device models so that automatic tools can verify circuit behavior over
a range cases.

If you want to reuse IP in foreign environments then there needs to be
a mechanism that is agreed upon by vendors and users for representing
that data.

I don't think we need to extend the language, but having a common
methodology documented would be good.
