Solution 3940 - New Spartan speed files are available for M1.4.

CPLD Implementation Tools Updates
Solution 3533 - A complete list of fixes available in the CPLD Tools Update which includes nine changes to CPLD applications such as hitop.
GUI Updates
Solution 3774 - An update is available for hwdebugr to fix a problem where JTAG cable can not be used for FPGA configuration with the PROG pin connected.
Misc. Software Updates
Solution 3509 - A Win95 Performance Update is available that improves runtimes for certain application on Win95 by a factor of up to 10X. These applications are map, ngdbuild, xxx2ngd and ngd2xxx.
Solution 3536 - A software update is available to correct an incomplete lab installation.
Solution 3438 - A software update is available to correct a 5200 bitgen problem. This update is only needed if the FPGA Core Tools Update is not installed.
