The VERSA COMM+4.PCI provides four PCI bus RS–232 Async links for communication servers, point of sale (POS) systems, and other data collection devices. The onboard interrupt status port provides maximum Windows flexibility. The VERSA COMM+4.PCI includes the 16554 UART, providing a 16 byte FIFO to keep your datacom applications running error free. The 16654 UART, featuring a deep 64 byte FIFO is optional for high speed applications. Windows 3.1x drivers are available for more than 4 COM: ports. We include our Advanced COM drivers for 95/98/ME/NT/2000 and XP providing IRQ sharing, Windows serial diagnostics, and other enhanced features. Our Linux and QNX utilities are also included to simplify installation.
