Yatin and Ghassan,

I vote YES to accept Direct-C as a resource, and a starting point for SV's DFLI. I believe there is likely a good deal of work that needs to be done to convert it into a suitable interface (even discussions, I am not sold for example on the pointer type, unless it is added into SV to begin with ...), but again it should serve as a good start.
