Hi all,
        Given the nature of discussion taking place on Coverage
API, I think it may be appropriate to discuss these topics a
little further and get everyone's response/comments. I feel
it is appropriate to exercise my Chair's prerogative and delay
the vote on Coverage API until we discuss it further in next
Tuesday's meeting.
        If anyone objects to this strongly, please contact me.
If there is no objection, I suggest we discuss the impact of
line/toggle/assertion/fsm coverage definition before agreeing to
vote.
