Notes:
(1) This is a procedural vote and eligibility for vote does not
require Accellera membership. It is only dependent on attendance
rule given in note (2) below.
(2) The eligibility has been decided based on attendance at 75% of all
OR 3 out of last 4 meetings. However, as we did not have an approved
attendance list for 11/12, that one was not included in counting
attendance. Since we had couple of extra meetings, hopefully this
is agreeable to all.
o Ballot
The ballot is due by Friday midnight (US Pacific). Please mark your
vote by 'Y' (Yes), 'N' (No) or 'A' (Abstain). Comments are welcome
but DO NOT INTER-PARSE YOUR COMMENT WITH THE BALLOT - add it at the
