Joao and Andrzej,
It looks the version oversight is understood now
and that the your changes need to be merged with
the rev2 edits sent out by Doug. At least I hope
this is the case and I'm assuming that's what you'll
be sending out this week.
I would like to make one request and that is that
you reset change bars before merging your edits
into the rev2 files so that we can clearly see
what was changed since Doug's edits.
This would make it easier to review the updates
if we could just see updated stuff in change bars.
