   Since we are past the review period and are waiting for the
   Draft 5 release, we are canceling the meeting this week. If
   you have anything to discuss, please use the email reflector.

   I have passed the reviews that I have got to the LRM team.
   Depending on the release of the Draft 5, we will announce
   the approval vote later this week (now slated for 02/20).
   
   I would like to thank all who contributed to the review
   of the draft - officially or otherwise. Your contributions
   will make a definite positive impact on the quality of the
   final LRM.
